Role Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Nurse - RN, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborating with the healthcare team to formulate effective care plans.
  • Setting realistic, measurable short and long-term patient goals, implementing interventions to reduce rehospitalizations, and continuously evaluating outcomes.
  • Administering medications and performing treatments as per physician directives.
  • Delegating patient care tasks to staff and supervising their execution to ensure quality care.
  • Facilitating communication of patient information among team members and across shifts.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
  • Be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license.
  • Possess CPR Certification.
  • Have one to three years of experience in a related nursing setting (preferred).
