About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our dynamic team at Lifespace Communities. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving occupancy levels and revenue production at our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and/or improve upon occupancy levels and revenue production in accordance with marketing and business plans.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and targets through effective sales calls and closing sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, family, and professional referral sources to generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every prospect, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events.
  • Maintain prospect interest and commitments through continuous follow-up.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field highly preferred; Associate degree with equivalent years' experience will be considered.
  • Five years sales experience. Sales experience within a senior living environment preferred.
