Remediation Contractor Role

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled Remediation Contractor to manage and implement property damage remediation across our services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers to understand remediation needs and expectations, meet with clients onsite to assess damage and provide estimates, schedule and coordinate work crews to carry out remediation projects, manage budgets and timelines for remediation projects, and ensure that all remediation work is carried out to our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective remediation strategies to minimize property damage
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify remediation needs and develop project plans
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of damage and provide accurate estimates
  • Coordinate with work crews to ensure timely and efficient completion of remediation projects
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and safety protocols
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in property repair and remediation
  • General Liability insurance
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols

  • Have all necessary tools and reliable transportation
