Job Opportunity

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the speech and language development of elementary students in Hudson, NH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans designed by Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students' speech and language needs.
  • Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP, focusing on improving articulation, fluency, and language skills.
  • Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed in collaboration with the supervising SLP.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment and support students' overall learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Certification: Valid SLPA certification or licensure in New Hampshire.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational professionals.
