Position Overview:
As a Pediatric Speech Language Therapist, you will provide specialized speech language pathology services to both inpatient and outpatient pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, gathering subjective and objective data to inform assessments and prognosis.
  • Establish and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, adjusting as necessary.
  • Design and execute educational programs for patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in the treatment process.
  • Offer clinical supervision to new staff members and students in training.
  • Efficiently manage insurance and third-party payer documentation.
  • Maintain professional competency and utilize safe, appropriate techniques and equipment.

Candidate Profile:
  • Graduated from an accredited speech and language pathology program.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Possess current (or pending) licensure in speech and language pathology in New Hampshire.
  • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
  • Experience with Modified Barium Swallow and/or Feeding for pediatric patients is preferred.
