Position Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to established cleanliness and timeliness standards for guestroom and public area cleaning.
  • Dusting, cleaning, and removing waste in all areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
  • Replacing linens and making beds according to company standards.
  • Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Maintaining an organized cart stocked with linens and cleaning supplies.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Reporting room status and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
  • Handling cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and in accordance with guidelines.
