About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in our hotel's kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu items and recipes to meet hotel standards
  • Ensure proper food safety and handling procedures are followed at all times
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, as well as kitchen management principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
