About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Expert to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on eyewear and sunglasses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome and engage with customers, set expectations, and provide personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Optical Acumen: Demonstrate expertise in optical knowledge, including lens fitting, frame selection, and prescription management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening, closing, and operating the store, including maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Licensure: State licensure in Opticianry.
  • Experience: Optical dispensing experience and strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with current store merchandise, fashion trends, and selling skills.
