Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, your main duties will include:
1. Evaluating project estimates and delivering timely cost assessments
2. Coordinating pricing for large-scale and intricate projects
3. Obtaining material quotes from subcontractors
4. Keeping current records on vendors, products, and regulatory requirements
5. Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards
6. Engaging professionally with stakeholders and team members

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic bidding systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Over 5 years of experience in project management or estimating within the Heavy Highway sector
- Familiarity with estimating software and Agtek software
