We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Hallmark Manor (WA). As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
