- Utilize available tools and resources effectively to enhance service delivery.
- Oversee the renewal process in accordance with agency standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and task updates using the designated management system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular engagement.
- Facilitate Open Enrollment and client meetings, ensuring all documentation is reviewed for accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive account summaries as needed.
- Deliver policies and related documents to clients in a timely manner.
- Stay informed on industry changes, including rates and coverage updates.
- Keep Sales Executives and management informed of significant account activities.
- Expand accounts by quoting additional lines of coverage not currently held.
- Refer clients to other divisions within Marshall + Sterling Inc. as appropriate.
- Maintain necessary professional certifications and participate in ongoing education programs.
- Foster a collaborative and professional relationship with colleagues.
- Communicate any issues to management to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Report any potential claims promptly and maintain confidentiality regarding all client and agency information.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: College degree; required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current pursuit or possession of an insurance-related designation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Essential knowledge of group benefits and insurance products.
- Valid state insurance licenses and commitment to continuing education.
- Motivated by commission-based compensation structure.
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with diverse individuals.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
