Sales Director

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Residential Division in Construction. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and personally closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Monitor sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in the garage door or home improvement industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
