Sales Director

Capital City Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and meet company targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and achieve sales goals
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Manage sales pipelines, forecast sales performance, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or a similar role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
