Job Overview

Capital City Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and meet company targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and achieve sales goals
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecast sales performance, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or a similar role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
