Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards for quality and safety.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and other operational costs to maximize profitability.

Requirements
