The role of the Assistant Coach for the Lacrosse Program encompasses supporting the overall management and direction of the lacrosse activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, engaging in recruitment efforts, supervising coaching staff, and facilitating player development. The assistant coach is expected to comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee athletic practices to enhance skill acquisition, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Employ diverse instructional techniques to improve player performance
  • Promote and coordinate the Lacrosse Program within the educational institution
