About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for several key Accounting work streams and deliverables with a focus on month-end process, accounting journals, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.

You will work closely with the Accounting team, FP&A team, CFO, and the wider business to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and reconcile all general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor bank balances and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping for all bank transactions.
  • Perform month-end process across the Group, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
  • Support travel and staff expenses accounting processes.
  • Manage fixed assets, intangible assets, prepayment, and lease schedules.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports as required.
  • Provide assistance and support to billing, payables, and payroll team members as needed.
  • Provide assistance and support for sales tax analysis and reporting for multiple states and countries.
  • Assist with financial and tax audits.
  • Document and monitor internal controls.
  • Work on complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the Accounting and Finance teams or with other departments.
  • Maintain the general ledger, assist with audit preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Intermediate experience with enterprise accounting systems like NetSuite.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets and G-Suite applications.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in multiple accounting and financial apps and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
  • Ability to work closely with other Accounting & FP&A team members and cost center leaders.
