Job Description

AccorHotel is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team for the holiday season. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a professional and engaging demeanor at all times, interacting with guests and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve beverages to our guests, adhering to our menu and promotions.
  • Manage beverage stock and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist guests with menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages and mixology techniques.
  • Previous point of sale system experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy setting.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
Accommodations:
  • Hourly rate: $25.06 USD Gross per Hour.
  • Visa requirements: Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
