Position Summary:
As a Lead Social Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages with finesse and professionalism. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest enjoys a remarkable dining experience, characterized by exceptional service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a polished appearance in accordance with our uniform standards.
- Prepare and organize all necessary ingredients and equipment for service, adhering to established procedures.
- Collaborate with service team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Skillfully prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests and staff.
- Assist in the cleaning and organization of service areas post-shift.
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
- Adhere to all relevant food and beverage safety standards.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and food pairings.
- Valid Food Handlers Card.
- Certification in Responsible Beverage Service.
- Proficiency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with calculators.
- Competence in basic computer operations.
- Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- Understanding of restaurant operations and services.
- Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
