You will serve as a Special Operations advisor and Operational Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with leadership to ensure that soldier solutions are fully integrated to enhance business capability and value, minimize costs and risks, foster innovation, and maximize accountability and return on investment. Your interactions will frequently involve internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives regarding client projects, operational decisions, scheduling needs, and contractual clarifications. You will counsel organizational leadership on the implementation of emerging technologies and work alongside them to ensure continuous integration of soldier solutions to enhance mission capability and value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and management of programs in collaboration with clients to execute the development of complex initiatives from design through implementation.
  • Interpret configuration management and documentation requirements and translate them into program deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders within the program.
  • Coordinate and document project timelines, monitor financials, and allocate tasks in alignment with client expectations, while keeping clients informed of significant issues and changes that may affect project outcomes.

We are committed to developing next-generation technologies for our defense clients.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations or program management within the defense sector or Special Operations community.
  • 10+ years of experience in formulating growth strategies.
  • Experience in leading the strategic development and integration of mobility platforms for Army missions and operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product development, from inception to deployment, including strategic planning and resource management.
  • Familiarity with Special Operations, including various tactical vehicles and developmental platforms.
  • Expertise in Budget Management, Organizational Training, Planning, and Execution within the Special Operations community.
  • Ability to establish regular communication with DoD Special Operations personnel who are stakeholders in the resulting system.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Master's degree and PMP Certification preferred.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with U.S. Army Program Management offices, including the successful development and operational fielding of Special Operations-specific equipment.
  • Experience managing organizational training programs, including course and schedule development.
  • Experience in managing multiple Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation projects related to Mobility, Soldier Systems, Target Evaluation, Visual Augmentation, or Breaching.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard tools for the development and testing of Special Operations-specific capabilities.
  • Understanding of Special Operations airborne, medical, logistic, and tactical operations.

Clearance:
