As a Graphic Designer, your role will encompass the creation and execution of both print and digital projects across various PS&E properties. This includes designing print advertisements, promotional materials, billboards, web graphics, sponsorship presentations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop comprehensive graphic packages for various media, including social media, web, email, apparel, outdoor advertising, marketing promotions, and game presentations.

- Provide real-time coverage for Detroit Pistons, Motor City Cruise, and Pistons GT games to support our social media and other owned media channels.

- Manage project requests from various departments within the Pistons organization, including Partnerships, Membership, Marketing, Game Presentation, Retail, Basketball Operations, HR, and more.

- Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams on design and activation strategies.
- Print and produce materials within the in-house print shop.

Qualifications:
- A creative individual with a passion for design and the sports and entertainment industry.
- Ability to maintain consistency in visual identity across all marketing and communication channels while adhering to Pistons and Motor City Cruise campaign standards.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating refined design skills, innovative creative vision, technical proficiency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Experience in UI and digital design across various marketing communication platforms, including web, email, app, social media, and out-of-home advertising is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a design role is preferred.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
