Job Summary

Orange Hospice is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part Time RN Case Manager (Korean Speaking) to provide compassionate care to hospice patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments at least once a week.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospice.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Must be able to drive, have a reliable vehicle, and have valid insurance.
Requirements
  • Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care.
  • Energetic and positive attitude.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
