Salary:

We offer a competitive compensation model for clinicians, including a starting salary range of $89,000 - $90,000 per year, based on current licensure and experience. In addition, we provide FREE CEU's, PAID licensure reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.


Job Description:

We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our Adult Community Clinical Services team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff to provide quality, compassionate care to individuals served.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Services field with current licensure or license eligibility
  • Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
