Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of care.
  • Provider Scheduling and Management: Oversee provider scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and efficient use of resources across facilities.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, acting as the primary point of contact to address concerns and enhance collaboration.
  • Operational Support and Leadership: Lead and manage operational support personnel, ensuring compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Implement strategies to improve operational workflows and service delivery, working with interdisciplinary teams to optimize processes.
  • Facility Launch and Integration: Assist with facility launches and the integration of services, focusing on enhancing client and provider relationships.
  • Provider Engagement and Retention: Support provider engagement and retention through effective onboarding, training, and established employee programs.
  • Operational Support to Leadership: Provide operational support to the VP of Operations, including managing staffing levels, developing market strategies, and assisting in growth planning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and execute improvement plans to address identified opportunities in customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare, with a focus on operations in a post-acute care setting.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Travel and Work Environment: Requires rare travel to launch new facilities.
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to VP of Operations.
