Throughout your residency, you will collaborate with our dedicated Success Coach team, comprised of nursing professional development specialists, who are committed to enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Unit Focus:
The Medical Intensive Care Units (MICU) are designed to provide care for patients with high acuity needs, addressing a variety of complex medical conditions.
Our nursing staff is involved in critical procedures such as bronchoscopy, endoscopy, emergent intubations, and central line placements.
Community and Training:
As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will join a supportive community and participate in one of the most comprehensive training programs available. You will work alongside experienced nurses who are eager to mentor and guide you.

Key Responsibilities:
As a nursing resident, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct nursing care in line with established policies and protocols.
- Implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
- Documenting and communicating patient conditions as necessary.
- Evaluating and updating care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinating care among various healthcare disciplines.
- Administering medications and treatments as per approved protocols.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should:
- Be a graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a BSN preferred.
- Hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Provide proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- Meet additional certification requirements based on the specific care area.
Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:
