At BAYADA Home Health Care, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Per Diem provider. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, performing home health visits in Cleveland County. Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will develop treatment plans based on evaluations, physician's orders, and recommended goals. Additionally, you will educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care, accurately document observations and interventions, and continually assess and revise care plans.

To qualify for this position, you must hold a current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina and possess a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is desired.

  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
  • Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
  • Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
