Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis in Shelby, NC.

Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

Job Summary: As a Clinical Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative services to individuals with communication disorders. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients regain their ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' communication needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in North Carolina
  • At least 2 years of experience working with adult populations with communication disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
