The Infeed Operations Technician plays a crucial role in managing the flow of materials within the production environment. This position is essential for ensuring that raw materials are efficiently supplied to the production line, thereby supporting overall operational effectiveness.

  • Utilize forklift equipment to supply raw materials to the production line in alignment with production demands.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret and understand technical work instructions.
  • Capability to operate or learn to operate heavy machinery safely.
  • Experience with electric, pneumatic, or hand tools.
  • Willingness to undergo training and obtain certification for forklift operation.
  • Proficiency in metric measurements and the ability to manipulate them effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work efficiently with team members.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, both individually and in team settings.
  • Adaptability to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Ability to navigate stairs and ladders quickly and safely.
  • Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is preferred.

Additional Information

This role requires working on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to cover other positions during absences may be necessary.
