The Center Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our center, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our business goals are met. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our team of clinicians, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our business goals are met.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure that our center is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze key clinical metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and payers to ensure that our center is meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Lead and manage our clinical team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in occupational medicine.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O.
  • Board certified by ABPM, ABFM, or medical board in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice.
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
  • 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting.

  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.

  • Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
