Job Summary:The Center Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our center, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our business goals are met. Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our team of clinicians, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our business goals are met.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure that our center is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze key clinical metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and payers to ensure that our center is meeting their needs and expectations.
- Lead and manage our clinical team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in occupational medicine.
- Graduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O.
- Board certified by ABPM, ABFM, or medical board in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice.
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting.

- Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
- Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism.
- Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
- Competitive base compensation rate in the range of $227,860.40 depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law.
