Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in the Greensboro, NC area. This full-time position involves providing in-person speech services, completing paperwork, and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Complete required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, including progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to discuss students' progress and develop educational plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations efficiently.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing special education services in schools.
