Job Description



As a PBX Operator at Denver Health, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by answering calls, resolving issues, and routing messages effectively.



Required Skills and Qualifications




  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or healthcare settings
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures
