Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a swimming pool route, ensuring that each pool is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Stock and maintain a chemical inventory on the company truck, adjusting water chemistry as needed to ensure optimal pool conditions.
  • Utilize a smartphone to access our Pool Ops mobile platform, streamlining communication and workflow.
  • Identify and report equipment repair needs to the office, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A high school degree.
  • A Certified Pool Operator License.
