Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sysco Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform annual inspections and certifications as required by regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training.
  • ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy duty trucks.
  • EPA section 608 (Core & Type II) and 609 HVAC & Refrigeration Certification.
Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noises, and hazardous materials.
  • Occasional travel to other locations may be required.
Salary and Benefits

$33.00 per hour based on experience. Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
