  • Revenue Growth: Maximize revenue by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Support to Sales & Marketing: Provide dedicated support to our sales and marketing team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed personal and team revenue goals, as well as maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous room reservation sales experience is an asset, with a strong understanding of hospitality industry practices.
  • Guest Service Skills: Possess outstanding guest service skills, with sophisticated verbal communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and able to learn our central reservations system.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent sitting throughout shift, with occasional standing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
