Assistant Director of Graduate Experiential Programs

Princeton University is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Graduate Experiential Programs for GradFUTURES, a campus-wide initiative designed to empower graduate students with professional skills and competencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage bespoke experiential programs for graduate students, including fellowship and internship opportunities.
- Collaborate with faculty, alumni, and campus partners to enhance awareness and access to experiential programs.
- Implement and maintain technology platforms to support experiential programs, including the GradFUTURES Experiential Program platform.
- Oversee program workflows, manage applications and candidate referrals, and assess learning outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive reports and track key performance indicators for experiential programs.
- Master's degree required.
- At least five years of directly related work experience in higher education, with a proven track record of developing and managing experiential programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of graduate student funding and employment policies, federal employment laws, and national best practices for graduate student internship and fellowship programs.
- Experience managing technology platforms and talent acquisition systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
