Master Culinary Artist

Ashland Hills Hotel is seeking a skilled Master Culinary Artist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess excellent cooking skills.

• Prepare various meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using diverse cooking methods
• Ensure freshness and quality of all station items
• Maintain sufficient stock levels for smooth service
• Assist with food prep during off-peak periods as needed
• Ensure timely and high-quality food output

• Prior culinary experience preferred
• Relevant government licenses or certificates
• Knowledge of food preparation, materials, and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Capacity to multitask and work under pressure

The compensation package for this role includes an estimated hourly wage of $19-$20. Full-time employees also receive competitive benefits including four medical plans, a dental plan, and a vision plan.
