Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor 2nd Shift to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve high production levels within tight time deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet production quality and quantity metrics
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process
  • Manage controllable operating expenditure, such as scrap and consumables
  • Ensure all return to work interviews and first-level disciplinary hearings are conducted in a timely, consistent, and professional manner
Requirements
  • Four to six years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of the production process and tools and equipment used in the process
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
  • Ability to lead, manage, train, and motivate a diverse group of employees
Working Conditions

Duties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc.
