Join NESCO Inc as a Production Supervisor and take on a challenging role in our manufacturing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead production personnel to ensure efficient assembly workflow and meet production deadlines.
  • Ensure all manufacturing facility processes and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Support improvement in assembly/production processes by taking recommendations and observations to the Production Coordinator/Production Engineer.
  • Train production team members to ensure proficient and efficient assembly in accordance with current assembly instructions and Engineering guidelines.
  • Support the timely completion of Work Orders and ensure on-time delivery in accordance with work order completion date.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes and the tools and equipment used.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet production quality and quantity.
Additional Information:
  • Strong prioritizing and time management skills.
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
