Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance in crafting and executing intricate, integrated frameworks, technology stacks, systems, and platforms that align with the organization's IT strategy and business objectives.
- Oversee the entire development process of application components and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance standards.
- Establish and implement best practices and standards for processes and technical specifications related to hardware/software compatibility and system interfaces.
- Continuously research and analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to ensure successful adoption of leading design practices.
- Provide strategic direction on the development of architectural frameworks and standards utilized across multiple products or systems.
- Lead technical evaluations of new solutions to ensure they align with existing frameworks and standards.
- Encourage and guide the extended team in adopting advanced design and architecture practices.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to ensure product and solution designs adhere to architectural principles and standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (minimum of 10 years in IT).
Preferred: Expert-level architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP).
Experience:
Required: 8+ years in IT or solution architecture roles, with proven experience in designing complex hardware/software solutions for large-scale systems.
Preferred: 5+ years in delivering solution architecture for large-scale ERP systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in cloud technologies, programming languages, web services, data analysis, and emerging technologies.
This position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for in-office and remote work flexibility.
