As a culinary team member, your role is to uphold the highest standards of quality for every dish served. You will focus on consistency and excellence, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience while collaborating within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently prepares, organizes, and maintains top-quality dishes for our patrons, adhering to our established portion sizes, cooking techniques, quality benchmarks, and kitchen protocols.
  • Ensures a clean and sanitary workspace, including all cooking equipment and surfaces, while complying with all health regulations.
  • Properly closes the kitchen and follows the closing procedures for all kitchen stations, assisting colleagues as needed.
  • Quickly communicates any shortages, equipment malfunctions, or food quality concerns to the Chef.
Qualifications for Success:
  • At least two years of experience in kitchen preparation and as a line cook.
  • A positive attitude, readiness to support fellow team members, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow basic cooking instructions.
  • Effective communication skills with managers, staff, and guests.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and occasionally bend, kneel, push, pull, or lift.
