Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current LPN license in the state of North Carolina
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment
