Job Summary

Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurements, escorting patients to exam rooms, and documenting patient information.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Educate patients on medication and treatment plans, as instructed by physicians or physician assistants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts, ensuring all relevant reports, labs, and information are filed and available prior to appointments.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
