Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Brasfield & Gorrie team, responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials and supporting business development efforts. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business development initiatives
  • Coordinate the pursuit process from early strategy through proposal and pursuit interview
  • Prepare and edit non-technical sections of client deliverables, such as brochures and proposals
  • Support Regional Operations and Business Development on internal projects and presentations
  • Work with graphic designers to create graphics that support pursuit strategy or business development initiative
  • Proactively engage with operations and office personnel to increase knowledge of company and build relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
  • 2-4 years of prior marketing experience in the AEC industry or in a similar field preferred
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing, presentation and other marketing related software, including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek, Salesforce, Prezi and OpenAsset
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure
