Key Responsibilities:
  • Support large environments with a focus on automation and software patching while assessing the stability, security, and scalability of our Windows and Google platforms.
  • Support a mixture of Microsoft, Google, and other third-party solutions, including Intune, Autopilot, MFA, DLP, Defender, ATP, and Chromebook console.
  • Deliver outstanding human-centric customer service through all support and operational efforts.
  • Work across various third-party solution providers, understand business needs, and measure success.
  • Support required logging, alerting, and monitoring tools to ensure there is insight into platform uptime and performance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
  • Experience supporting Apple products in a Windows environment.
  • Experience supporting an environment with 1,000+ end users.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience working on and through multiple migrations.
Compensation and Benefits:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year annual salary. Benefit packages may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
