About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Manager to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our land development program, you will be responsible for managing the acquisition, entitlement, and development of land for our new home communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the land development process from acquisition to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with land development projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or real estate development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of land development principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
