Athletic Program Graduate Assistant

Under the supervision of the Head Coach, the Athletic Program Graduate Assistant position is designed for a twelve-month engagement, with the potential for renewal for an additional year based on performance.
All Graduate Assistants are required to comply with their academic program standards, including maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0 and enrolling in graduate-level courses throughout their tenure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an assistant coach, contributing to all facets of the athletic program.
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions, scouting activities, recruitment efforts, video analysis, individual coaching sessions, equipment management, academic oversight, and athlete wellness initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to NCAA regulations, Ohio Athletics Conference (OAC) standards, and University policies.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position includes a twelve-month commitment, covering tuition for 18 credit hours annually, a stipend of $5000, and provisions for room and board.

- Acceptance into a Graduate Program at Heidelberg University.
