The Opportunity:

With the vast amount of information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to identify and interpret the most relevant data to provide clients with accurate answers. As a collection manager, you will utilize your specialized knowledge and attention to detail to develop intelligence that gives your client the actionable information and context they need. If you possess strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to utilize those skills to support our warfighters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, manage, develop, and refine ISR collection requirements, operations, and multi-int strategies.
  • Assist with executing collection operations management processes supporting joint command tasking, synchronization, and strategy development.
  • Provide collection management expertise and time-critical recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in intelligence collection management.
  • Experience in ISR collection, plans, and operations.
  • Experience with IC-standard collection requirements management databases, tools, and processes.
  • Knowledge of ISR programs, assets, sensors, and systems.
  • Knowledge of multi-intelligence collection disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, GEOINT, and TECHINT.
  • Knowledge of joint command and subordinate organization's structure, role, and command relationship.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have:
  • 12+ years of experience in intelligence collection management.
  • Experience as a collection manager supporting CCMD or component organizations.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior military and civilian officials.
  • Master's degree.
  • Completion of a DoD /IC collection management course.
