Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Superintendent with extensive experience in Commercial Construction to oversee our diverse range of projects. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of construction activities from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material logistics to maintain project flow.
  • Develop and update project schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards through regular inspections.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the construction site and project management, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices, ensuring accurate billing for services rendered.
  • Resolve conflicts and disputes promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously assess project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial Construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to effectively schedule and manage subcontractors.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
