Job Summary:

Brady is seeking a Compliance Engineer to join our team. As a Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet regulatory requirements and comply with industry standards. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance plans to ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address compliance risks
• Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in compliance or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
