Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team as Food and Beverage Service Associates. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a great guest experience and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure guests receive the highest level of service in a clean and safe environment.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Deliver and clear food and beverage items to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Station Maintenance: Check and maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station before, during, and after shifts.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Order Retrieval and Delivery: Retrieve orders from the kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Consistently demonstrate sanitation standards and procedures, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Food Worker Card: Valid Food Worker Card preferred.
  • Experience: Prefer a minimum of one year of previous hospitality experience.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
  • Demeanor: Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for 6 to 9 hours at a time, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Appearance: Proper work attire, minimal jewelry, and proper hygiene.
