Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Police Interns. As a Police Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and insights into the law enforcement process, working closely with experienced police officers and staff. You will be exposed to various aspects of the Department, including patrol operations, communications, crime scene investigation, and more. This internship program is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the law enforcement process, preparing you for a successful career in policing.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be eligible for this internship, you must be a full-time college student in junior or senior status, with a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale. You must also be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid work permit. A clean arrest record and a strong interest in a career in law enforcement are also essential.
